Sublimation Fabrics

Here you will find sample prints on the various fabrics that may be provided in finished garments. Pay close attention as this might affect the way your print looks on your goods. Meaning that they are made specifically for our sublimation process.

How Sublimation Works

And now a quick lesson in sublimation. The dye process, sometimes called dye sublimation is when liquid dyes are printed on paper then transferred by heat to a poly fabric. When at proper temperature the dye seeks out the polyester and penetrates into the surface. Once the dye has gotten into the poly nothing can take it out unless heated up to the same point of transfer. Unfortunately, the sublimation process cannot be done on cotton goods.
